Beyond the Camera: What I Didn't Show You in My Korea TravelVlog

Haeundae Blueline Park - Songjeong Station If you’ve been following along with my recent Korea travel series over at my YouTube Channel , you’ve already seen some of the biggest highlights and the most unforgettable views from our 8-day itinerary. But as any creator knows, the video editing room floor leaves behind some of the best, most intimate moments. Between rushing to catch tour buses, adjusting camera angles, and simply wanting to step back and just soak in the atmosphere without a lens in my face, there were a handful of stunning places that never made it into the final vlogs. So, consider this blog post the "bonus footage." Now I’m sharing the stories, the hidden history, and the quiet morning walks from three incredible and distinct villages: Seongeup Folk Village in Jeju, Ikseon-dong Hanok Street in Seoul, and Gamcheon Culture Village in Busan .  Before I begin, have you watch the video on Jeju Water World ?  Osulloc Tea Museum ~ in Jeju Island Our itinerary inc...

Singapore Blog Awards 2014

That's me. Sorry to scare you in the beginning. Have use filter for this photo to minimize the scare. Chop my tresses on Wednesday (11 June). Why? Enough of those gross hair drops, although now short still drop. But lesser. Fingers crossed. And then my wedding is over. No need to keep that heavy long hair that tickles le husband every now and then. Haha...

Anyway, just to let you peeps know I participated in this year's Singapore Blog Awards 2014 organised by OMY.sg and I'm one of the many nominees in Best Food Blog and Best Lifestyle Blog category. Do support, although I'm still like a newbie and don't write that fantastic. However so long as anyone cares to bother my posts here, I'm grateful for that.

I can't be expecting any winnings but it is the opportunity and experience that I want. Probably it can help me to improve further.

Also I don't have a particular genre for my blog. Probably a Lifestyle blog. Because basically I write about my rants, my food reviews in my very own way, travel photos and so on.

SBA describes:

'Best Food Blog: about food finds, reviews and /or culinary tips, serving up text and photos to whet readers’ appetites.'

'Best Lifestyle Blog: covers a combination of topics, from events, culture, arts, musings, to food, pets and everyday happenings, culminating to a reflection of the author’s lifestyle or passions.'

So where do I stand? What do you peeps read most out of my blog?

Well... for you to decide.
