My Amazing European Adventure ~ Mount Titlis, Switzerland | Travelogue (YT VLog)

*Latest Video right at the end of this post*

I welcome you back to my blog post again! Before I start, let me leave you with the links to my Europe adventure that I have built up so far. Please enjoy while I continue sharing my adventure in Switzerland and the rest of Europe countries I went.

  1. Milan, Italy
  2. Lucerne, Switzerland
Not forgetting the videos I have made so far for Amsterdam (blog post not out yet) and Lucerne on my Youtube Channel now! Amateur video maker so pardon me ya. Already improve quite a lot to be honest.

So after a day in Lucerne, we headed to Mount Titlis the next day before Zurich. This is an optional tour (topping up extras) but already in mind that we must go, to experience the real snow mountain in Switzerland. Not always we will go, right? I know lots of places are must-go in Switzerland like Matterhorn, Interlaken which I shall leave it to the next trip.

As usual on the road trip comes with amazing views. How can it be such a beauty? That beautiful landscape and colourful houses with the mountains as the backdrop. I die infinite for these view ❤️.

Woohooo.... after an hour plus ride, we finally reached Mount Titlis, a mountain located near the town of Engelberg in the canton of Obwalden. It is one of the highest mountains in central Switzerland, with an elevation of 3,020 meters (10,000 feet) above sea level.

Whoever lives here has the best view all year round

One of the popular tourist destination, known for its spectacular panoramic views, pristine glaciers, and exciting winter sports activities. Yes you can see skiers going up in their full gear, ready for their ski. You can reach the summit of Mount Titlis via a combination of cable cars (the start) and a rotating gondola (the last part), which offers stunning views of the surrounding mountains and valleys. *scream out loud*

At the summit, visitors can enjoy activities like walking across the Cliff Walk, a suspension bridge that hangs over a 500-meter (1,640-foot) drop, or exploring the Glacier Cave, an ice cave filled with unique ice formations. In the winter months, visitors can also ski or snowboard on the mountain's slopes. What else can you do? Snowball fight! Check out my Youtube Shorts and you will get what I mean. Lots of snow to form snow balls (wear gloves please) or make your snow angel.

Up here embracing the cold weather and the gusty wind blowing on us that froze my thumb while taking photos and videos. I need a better gloves on winter trips that I can operate my phone at the same time. And luckily no frost bites from putting my hands on the grille bars. Gloves are so important.

Trying hard to make a snow angel while the coldness creeps in just lying down there

Don't leave Mount Titlis without a cone or cup of Mővenpick Ice Cream Bar. A cone wasn't enough and Mister went to get another cup. We actually got ourselves 2 scoops of different flavours like Swiss Chocolate, Tiramisu and Mister was enjoying it (imagine he doesn't really fancy ice cream). Have the cold in the cold with a spectacular view.

I enjoy my ice cream in a cone.

He enjoys ice cream in a cup!

This place has put me in awe. I cannot already! I guess I need to travel more to see such beautiful sights in Switzerland. Definitely a country to revisit in near future. How about you?

By the way, please wear proper for this visit to Mount Titlis if you don't wanna get frozen. Gloves and mask are especially important. That's based on personal experience.

Enjoy more beauty of Mount Titlis now on my Youtube Channel. Photos ain't enough to describe what was seen through my eyes.
