大会报告! 我又开始运动了.  休息一个星期多. 好内疚. 不过我会再接再厉.

放工回到家, 立刻换衣服去跑步.  跑两公里, 走一公里, 在从一楼走上十三楼.  还不错吧?

休息一小时才进食.  这是我独有的方法.  会照我身体的需求而再三更新.
