Beyond the Camera: What I Didn't Show You in My Korea TravelVlog

Haeundae Blueline Park - Songjeong Station If you’ve been following along with my recent Korea travel series over at my YouTube Channel , you’ve already seen some of the biggest highlights and the most unforgettable views from our 8-day itinerary. But as any creator knows, the video editing room floor leaves behind some of the best, most intimate moments. Between rushing to catch tour buses, adjusting camera angles, and simply wanting to step back and just soak in the atmosphere without a lens in my face, there were a handful of stunning places that never made it into the final vlogs. So, consider this blog post the "bonus footage." Now I’m sharing the stories, the hidden history, and the quiet morning walks from three incredible and distinct villages: Seongeup Folk Village in Jeju, Ikseon-dong Hanok Street in Seoul, and Gamcheon Culture Village in Busan .  Before I begin, have you watch the video on Jeju Water World ?  Osulloc Tea Museum ~ in Jeju Island Our itinerary inc...

Food Review | Dancing Crab

Heard (but never go in depth to reading reviews) about this dining concept of having your seafood pour on the table and eating them with your bare hands. I was like 'I thought we eat or crack our crabs using our bare hands too'? Yup, but instead of serving on the plate, they served in a bag. Shake it before pouring them on a clean sheet of plastic table. And you just grab from there and eat. Quite a messy affair but that is the way Dancing Crab wants to exhibit the Louisiana dining spirit through a casual, lively and vibrant atmosphere in the restaurant. This was new to me and I can't wait to try with my husband and BFF. And please make a reservation through Chope! as it was rather crowded after 7pm.

Seafood Combo Bag #01 (Sri Lankan Crab) - $88

Came with my husband for this combo. Contained a Sri Lankan crab (a small one we got), prawns, clams, corn and sausages. Asked for mild spicy sauce and it tastes good. If needy, add some Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce or Louisiana Hot Sauce that is provided at every table. But I have to say that the price was steep and not worth it. The crab wasn't enough for 2 pax but instead the sides that complements it was more than the main (that crab). So didn't really get the hype over it.

Seafood Jambalaya $17

Came with my BFF for this and the following. She chose this out of curiousity and the first thing that comes to my mind was Paella when it was served up. Yummy and was very fragrance. But nearly got choked by the spiciness, though quite enjoyable.

Lobster Roll $29.90

This was another good choice to have. That crispy lobster meat patty drizzled with that savoury sauce on top and that buttery sandwich was commendable.

Overall if you ask whether it worths the hype or not, I would say depends on individual. Because there are other similar concepts out there like Crab In Da Bag. So go do some homework and see what they have to offer that stands out from one another.
