Honeypeachsg Bakery is an online bakery, created by 2 passionate artisanal cake artists who believe in creating pretty (really very pretty💗💗) yet tasty (and sweet) cakes. They put their trust in the important element of designing a cake: an eye for aesthetics. A fully decorated cake doesn't equate to a beautiful cake so they believe in minimalist approach. Also their custom cakes (for any occasions) are freshly made with the use of high quality ingredients. A limit to the use of fondant decorations (made from sweet icing) on their cakes as it does not taste as good as cream cakes.
When they approached me for this review, I got pretty excited after browsing through their selection of cakes (custom or standard) and desserts (from brownies to tarts), as believed or not this was my first in 40 years to receive customized cake. On normal days, standard cakes for birthday celebrations. Although there are many other online bakeries in Singapore doing custom cakes, but I found my love for their Royal Crown Cake after deciding from my shortlisted few because it attracted me the most.
Sea-Salt Chocolate Salted Caramel Flavour
Received this pretty 6" Royal Crown Cake as described on their website and it made me go 'WOW I'm like in a fairy tale, being a princess (an old one)' with the Crown topper as the highlight of the entire cake along with a white feather attached to it. Every details from colours to toppings (eg. small gold dragees) were simple yet on point with the cake's theme with the use of gold colour (my favourite colour) that signified success and affluence. A sleek cream finishing on the outside, with some edible gold leaf sheets and gold balls as decorations.
This Classic 6" cake can feed 6 to 10 pax, perfect for an intimate celebration with family and friends at the comfort of your humble abode (or theirs). Remember to get candles as kids love blowing candles!
Cutting a slice for the Queen (a.k.a me), the texture of the chocolate flavoured cake was soft and spongy with frosting on every layer filled with white chocolate balls, adding to the crunch and sweetness with every bite, and the creamy frosting on the outside wasn't that sweet too. Every cake artist should be appreciated for their time and effort in creating such beautiful and yummy cakes. That is their job I know but without their passion and dedication, the end product won't be the same.

Hojicha White Chocolate & Vanilla Raspberry Flavour
Got these lovely cupcakes to complement my Royal Crown Cake so that everything would look pretty on my curated table of love! Or they could be birthday cakes too (just get candles). Who said that it always has to be a mainstream cake, right? Here's a box of 12 cupcakes and the Assorted Gourmet Regular Cupcakes let you choose 2 different flavours from their selection. Having to taste 2 flavours at one time, why not?

Nicely decorated on top of the cream were white dragees and tiny stalks of white baby breaths. The cream gave out the fragrance sweetness from Hojicha and the cake texture was soft that it felt like melting in your mouth. Overall taste of this cupcake won't make you cringe much.

This flavour looked so pretty with that nice swirl on top. The cream taste light and berri-licious (with micro bits of berry seeds), and also the consistent cake texture like other flavours. Okay not sure if it was just me but after one bite, it tasted very sweet and cringy. But when I tasted them separately (the cream and then the cake), it was normal sweetness. What sorcery is this? Anyway, at least I didn't lose my taste bud (pun intended).
